Previous Obedience Step

One of the key values in discipleship is hearing and obeying the Word. Therefore, it is important to have accountability to one another for our step of obedience from studying the Word. Spend the first part of your discussion asking – how did your step of obedience go from last time we met?

Application

The Lord of the harvest is at work in our workplaces. This passage is an example of how God used Philip to join in His work at the eunuch’s workplace.

Discuss the following questions:

  • Share an example of how you have experienced God at work in your workplace
  • What are some of the challenges that you experience in making your Monday’s missional?
  • Philip joined God’s work at the eunuch’s workplace by obeying a ‘nudge’ of the Holy Spirit (Acts 8:26).
    Andy shared that we cannot orchestrate a lot of God’s work at our workplaces. We join in God’s work by responding to the nudge of the Holy Spirit in obedience. How have you experienced the nudge of the Holy Spirit at your workplace?
