Launched in June 2023, Love Loud – You Fit is designed to help individuals build resilience, self-confidence, and essential life skills, all within a supportive and caring community. Our programs focus on addressing everyday challenges while promoting connections and well-being.

So far, You Fit has hosted a variety of sessions, including:

• Let’s Work Out: Fun exercise classes to boost fitness and energy
• Reality-Based Self-Defense: Empowering classes for personal safety and fitness
• Let’s Talk: Workshops on parenting, managing finances, relationships, and life skills
• Clayton Community Dinner: A time to connect and share a meal together

2025 LET’S WORK OUT SESSIONS

Join us for engaging exercise sessions designed to boost your fitness and foster friendships. Activities include high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and functional fitness, perfect for simulating everyday movements. Led by Ana from Mana Fitness Solutions, these workouts are tailored for everyone—teens to seniors aged 70 and above.

• Fees: $25 for 8 sessions (just $3.10 per session!)
